Terms & Conditions

TREATMENTS:

1. All treatments with the exception of gel polish are age restricted to 18 years and over.

Gel polish can be applied on teenagers younger than 18 with signed written consent from a parent/legal guardian and the adult must be present during the treatment. The form will be sent to the appropriate adult for signature upon booking request, as well as a medical consultation form. Please make sure you read the forms thoroughly and complete all questions before signing and get in touch with your therapist if you have any questions or concerns. We’re happy to help.

2. PAYMENTS

- Payment for treatments must be made upfront online when booking treatments.

- Retail products can be purchased in the salon from your therapist at your appointment. Contactless cards are accepted.

3. CANCELLATIONS:

- 50% of payments made for treatments will be forfeited if cancellations are requested 24 hours or less prior to treatment day.

- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to treatment day will forfeit 30% of payments made.

- If a cancellation needs to be made, please let your therapist know no less than 72 hours to receive a full refund.

4. REFUNDS:

- Please allow 3-5 working days to receive any refunds due from time of refund request.

5. RETAIL PRODUCTS

- Retail products are available to purchase directly from your therapist at your appointment.
